Readers respond to strong case studies because they can see your company's style embodied in real people, and how that sets you apart from the competition.
A powerful business-to-business case study looks at real-world problems and shows how your company solved them.
Telling your story - how we help
The process begins with one or two members of our business writing team talking with you and your client in carefully tailored information-gathering interviews. A draft is typically ready 10 business days after we complete information gathering.
In most cases, your case study will be one or two pages and have these four elements:
Overview The overview provides a scenario on the players in it, including individuals experiencing an issue your solution addresses. It may mention professional or technical issues.
Challenge The challenge defines the problem and may give parameters like time and budget. It may include statements from managers or employees about perceived solution options.
Solution The solution analyzes or solves the challenge. The solution section explains what was done at a level of detail that matches the target audience’s needs. It may also describe the various reasons why the client selected the vendor and its solution set. The solution section may include graphics, charts, or screenshots to illustrate.
