Forrester Research invites Business Communications Group participation in teleconference

Sacramento, Calif.September 26, 2008 – Rebekah E. Donaldson, president and CEO of Business Communications Group LLC, announced today, through her blog, Red On Marketing, that she will join Laura Ramos, VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research Inc., on an upcoming Forrester teleconference about the state of B2B marketing.

Ramos will lead the Forrester teleconference “Why B2B Marketing Risks Becoming Obsolete” on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Pacific time. Slides will be available 24-48 hours before the teleconference.

Donaldson will contribute thoughts and examples based on her firm’s B2B marketing experiences.

“Some marketers I know sense, on a gut level, that the marketplace has experienced a significant shift in power. No longer are just vendors hunting prospects. Prospects, now, are experienced marksmen too," said Donaldson. "So... what now? What does this mean for B2B marketers? Should we change professions? Retool our company’s marketing? Wait and see?"
