Since 2001 Red has served on the Boards of the AeA Silicon Valley Council, Powerhouse Science Center, National Organization for Women Business Owners - Sacramento, Public Relations Society of American California Capitol Chapter, and other organizations. She represented the Sacramento region on the Executive Committee of the Silicon Valley/Northern California Council of AeA, the nation’s largest technology trade association (it has since merged with ITAA).
Rebekah holds a master’s in Philosophy from UC Davis and a bachelor’s in Philosophy from University of Rochester.
