Aaron has worked in the U.S., U.K., and Middle East for EDAW | AECOM, the US Forest Service, the State of Massachusetts, and others. Since joining B2B Communications in 2012, Aaron's responsibilities have grown from financial management to  information technology management, pre-sales work. He also applies skill in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and hand graphic integration with computer modeling, on graphic design projects. Aaron holds a master's in Landscape Architecture from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BS in Forestry from Humboldt State University. Earlier, he served as a research assistant at Yale. In the 90s he served in the United States Marine Corps (2nd Battalion/5th Marines), with combat in Mogadishu and on other missions.

Molla has 37 years’ experience with survey methods, structured interviewing, and  leading focus groups. Over three decades she served as senior staff at the Institute of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, and National Cancer Institute. Awards include the 2006 John M Romani award for contributions to public health, University of Michigan School of Public Health; Palliative Care Working Group, 2005 NIH Director’s Award; 2000 American Journal of Nursing Book of the Year Award; 2000 National Research Council Group Recognition Award; 2000 Foundation for Accountability Ellwood Award; 2000-2004 Pew Doctoral Fellowship in Health Policy; 1966–1969 NIH Graduate Training/ Developmental Biology and Genetics; and 1966 NSF Traineeship for Environmental Biology. Molla holds a DrPH from University of Michigan School of Public Health Department of Health Policy and Management.

Chris Lee, Director/ Design

Award-winning design

Chris has been designing and developing professional websites, microsites and intranets for over 14 years. She joined Business Communications Group in 2003 and is a key team member on our firm's website and internet marketing projects. She began in 1997 as a Web Developer/Account Manager for Salt Web; progressed to Lead Production Engineer/Release Manager for Jel, where she contributed to the company winning first place Dottie Awards; and served as Webmaster for Search Group. Chris specializes in information architecture, wireframes, graphic design, page layout, and incorporating photography; template development, content integration, database administration, ecommerce development, and quality assurance testing; and web project management. Chris holds a BS in Chemistry from Hillsdale College.
