Robert Celaschi, Director/ Content Writing
Robert Celaschi has been a business journalist for 24 years, both as a reporter and an editor. He spent many years on the editorial staff of the Sacramento Business Journaland is a former managing editor of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal. He joined Business Communications Group in 2005. To engage decision makers, B2B companies need to prove their value by communicating a strong business case. Helping companies get that done requires special skills. Among them is clear and consistent business writing. Robert helps Business Communications Group clients produce clear and consistent case studies, press releases, contributed articles, executive profiles, blog content, guides, and more.
Aaron Crowell, MLA, General Manager
Aaron has worked in the U.S., U.K., and Middle East for EDAW | AECOM, the US Forest Service, the State of Massachusetts, and others. Since joining B2B Communications in 2012, Aaron's responsibilities have grown from financial management to information technology management, pre-sales work. He also applies skill in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and hand graphic integration with computer modeling, on graphic design projects. Aaron holds a master's in Landscape Architecture from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BS in Forestry from Humboldt State University. Earlier, he served as a research assistant at Yale. In the 90s he served in the United States Marine Corps (2nd Battalion/5th Marines), with combat in Mogadishu and on other missions.
Molla Donaldson, MS, Dr PH, Director/ Research
Molla has 37 years’ experience with survey methods, structured interviewing, and leading focus groups. Over three decades she served as senior staff at the Institute of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, and National Cancer Institute. Awards include the 2006 John M Romani award for contributions to public health, University of Michigan School of Public Health; Palliative Care Working Group, 2005 NIH Director’s Award; 2000 American Journal of Nursing Book of the Year Award; 2000 National Research Council Group Recognition Award; 2000 Foundation for Accountability Ellwood Award; 2000-2004 Pew Doctoral Fellowship in Health Policy; 1966–1969 NIH Graduate Training/ Developmental Biology and Genetics; and 1966 NSF Traineeship for Environmental Biology. Molla holds a DrPH from University of Michigan School of Public Health Department of Health Policy and Management.
Rebekah Donaldson, MA, Founder
Rebekah has advised and marketed dozens of U.S. business to business services companies for 18 years. Her advice has appeared in Forrester Research leadership's blogs, American City Business Journals, The Sacramento Bee, Cision's Navigator, NAWBOTime, AeA's Advance Notice, Hubspot's Inbound Marketing Blog and other media. She has served on the Board of the Powerhouse Science Center and other organizations; she has also represented her region on the Executive Committee of the Silicon Valley/Northern California Council of AeA, the nation’s largest technology trade association (now part of ITAA). She holds a master’s in Philosophy from UC Davis and a bachelor’s in Philosophy from University of Rochester.
Fiona Hughes, Director/ Client Services
Fiona has 18 years of experience in sales and marketing. Fiona's has worked with start-ups and corporate giants, primarily in high-tech, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors. Her experience includes launching companies and products, and taking clients through IPOs. By maintaining excellent media and analyst relations, Fiona has obtained coverage for clients in the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, Investors Business Daily, Time Magazine, 48 Hours, CNBC, the Economist, USA TODAY, Fortune, as well as trade publications such as InfoWorld, CIO Magazine and Network World. Originally from England, Fiona has international PR experience, and has held posts in Britain and Australia's diplomatic services.
Chris Lee, Director/ Design
Chris has been designing and developing professional websites, microsites and intranets for over 14 years. She joined Business Communications Group in 2003 and is a key team member on our firm's website and internet marketing projects. She began in 1997 as a Web Developer/Account Manager for Salt Web; progressed to Lead Production Engineer/Release Manager for Jel, where she contributed to the company winning first place Dottie Awards; and served as Webmaster for Search Group. Chris specializes in information architecture, wireframes, graphic design, page layout, and incorporating photography; template development, content integration, database administration, ecommerce development, and quality assurance testing; and web project management. Chris holds a BS in Chemistry from Hillsdale College.
